Accessing Citadels:
You need to unlock and run Tier 15+ Waystones, as Citadels only appear at these high tiers on the Atlas.
Citadels are special map nodes that spawn randomly and contain bosses whose defeat awards Crisis Fragments.
The Ancient Crisis Fragment comes specifically from the boss of the Iron Citadel, which appears primarily in Forest and Grass biomes.
The Iron Citadel’s boss is Count Geonor, a tough encounter requiring good build preparation.
Maximizing Citadel Spawns:
Progress steadily and linearly on your Atlas to increase the chance of Citadel appearances; avoid backtracking and try to explore new map areas.
